We have been to this restaurant several times and it always consistently excellent.  The orato was perfectly cook and presentation was pleasant.  Never been disappointed.

The appetizers and the squid entree were amazingThey served a vegan cauliflower dish that was a little disappointing.

The food quality is not bad, but the menu is very touristic...

Food was decent but service was disappointing. Long periods where no one was around. Dropped off wine list but never came back to take order until the food arrived 20 minutes later.

I decided on a last minute overnight to Trieste and found a reservation for this place on The Fork. I must say, I found the staff and environment lovely! The appetizer (potato and asparagus flan) was superb and so unique. The bread offered meant I got to eat every last bite. I literally cleaned my plate. My main course was the duck breast with a brandy and orange sauce and while the duck was cooked to my preference, I found it lacking in the seasoning and sauce. I felt like I was searching for orange or brandy which made it all a little bland. As a side, I ordered grilled zucchini and while the grill was good, it was again lacking a bit of seasoning. I added a little olive oil and salt and it was delicious. Finally, not that I needed it, I ordered the molten lava chocolate cake. It was amazing but I had definitely ordered too much food and couldn&rsquo;t finish it all. The wine selection is extensive and the team knew how to pair properly. I enjoyed my meal and would consider another dinner there!

una buona cena a base di pesce a pochi passi dal centro di Trieste. Ambiente spartano ma accogliente. Cibo molto buono e prezzi congrui con quanto mangiato.

A good fish-based dinner a few steps from the center of Trieste. A sparks but welcome environment. There are very good food and prices that are consistent with what is eaten.

Ottima posizione e personale cordiale.Forse a prezzo pieno risulterebbe un po&#39; caro...noi abbiamo speso 30 euro a testa con 1 antipasto a met&agrave;, un piatto, un dolce e vino della casa ma comunque siamo usciti soddisfatti e a pancia piena!

Restaurant with good fish menu, very well prepared, according to tradition. Perhaps at full price would be a bit expensive ...we spent EUR 30 per head with 1 half meal, a dish, a sweet and wine from the house but we still got satisfied and full stomach!
